b2 Music is excited to announce the release of the first single from its upcoming Vibe Presents: Urban Asia Vol. 3 album.
Following up on the success of its previous compilations, the third edition again features the best Hip-Hop and Rap from across Asia. Past albums have featured collaborations between T Pain/Mike Rebel and Chinese star Wang Yi Tai, as well as hits from Jackson Wang, Higher Bros. and other top Asian artists.
50 Feet, the first single from Volume 3, has had an amazing journey. First released by U.S. RnB star SoMo in 2017, the song was a cult hit – but then resurfaced as a viral sensation on China’s Douyin (TikTok) platform in 2019 – eventually being shared over 300 million times. In the remix version, Hong Kong singer/songwriter SHIMICA adds a soulful Chinese/English counterpart, turning the song into a stunningly beautiful duet. The bilingual lyrics perfectly reflect the round-the-world journey of this stand-out track.
The single is out today. The full VIBE Vol 3 album will be released worldwide on July 10.
